Orchid House Tulum Beach (Adults Only), Tulum

Our stay at the newly named Orchid Beach House was a mixed experience. While we enjoyed the quiet and laid-back atmosphere reminiscent of My Way Tulum, our room did not match our expectations due to misleading information, and service could have been better. We genuinely appreciated Mariela who went above and beyond to help us, but a few aspects of our stay left us feeling disappointed.

My stay at this boutique hotel was simply unforgettable! The service was exceptional, and I can't say enough good things about the staff—especially Manuel, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The location right on the beach was perfect for relaxing. However, I did hear some noise from nearby clubs, which was a bit distracting at times.

I recently stayed at My Way in Tulum and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel team truly made my stay enjoyable and helped me navigate the vibrant chaos of Tulum. I appreciated the amazing tours and food suggestions they provided. However, the restaurant's limited hours and menu were a letdown, especially when the AC went out on my last night, which made it quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was a memorable trip with great service and activities.
